Your rights

Tiles

If your flight is booked, you are entitled to:

  • Catering
  • Hotel accommodation where necessary
  • Choice between refunds or rerouting of the vehicle
  • Standardized compensation of between 250 and 600 euros depending on the distance you will be flying.

You are NOT entitled to compensation if the airline can prove that the setting is due to extraordinary circumstances.

Delays

If your flight is more than 2 hours late, you are entitled to:

  • Catering
  • Hotel accommodation where necessary

If your flight is more than 5 hours late, you can claim what you have paid for the license refund. Refunds only granted if you do not travel

In case of delays, you may be entitled to standarized compensation in some cases

Denied boarding

If you are denied boarding, you are entitled to:

  • Catering
  • Hotel accommodation where necessary
  • Standarized compensation of between 125 and 600 euros depending on the distance you will fly

You cannot direct any of the above requirements against the airline if the denied boarding is self-inflicted (such as due to alcohol influence)

If your flight is overbooked, the airline will search for passengers who voluntarily leave. No passengers volunteer to refuse you boarding.

Assistance

The mobility of persons and persons with reduced mobility should not be discriminated against. This group of passengers is entitled to assistance from those arriving at the airport from which they are travelling until they leave the airport at their destination. Assistance SHALL be free of charge
